The first AI Monday in 2019 attracted lots of interest. With impressive 200 sign-ups we needed to close early. In the end, no seats were free! Andreas Klug, CMO ITyX opened up, followed by an impressive talk of Malte Pietsch from deepset on evolution of NLP. Mateusz Opala explained the issue of trusting decision made by AI and finally Johann von Herwarth presented the chances of AI in customer service.

The 3rd AI Monday Berlin took place at the SAP Data Space in Berlin Mitte. Talks focused on Data Science and AI projects and the respective learnings Dirk Hofmann from DAIN Studios and Lucia Henebartova from Contiamo took away in their projects. Leveraging data and AI with focus on News & Media was Fabian Schmidts (Neofonie) topic. Victor Thoma from Ergo Direct shared his experience of building up Chat Bots.

The 2nd AI Monday Berlin took place where it once all began: The Office Club Berlin was also the location of the GEO Monday back in the early 2000er years. This time we had Christopher Kränzler talking about how Lengoo leveraged AI, Dr. Daniel Feser reporting about his study "Artificial Intelligence in Berlin/ Brandenburg", Bastian C. Külzer from LEVERTON talking about "AI & the Struggle with unstructured Documents" and rounded up by Asaf Birnhack of Curious.AI showing his application around anonymising real time surveillance videos.
